Whiskey River Belle
Oh Willie. You have NO idea! Did you know that there is an absolutely FANTASTIC whiskey distilled here in Central Texas? Well, you should! We take this locally made, smooth and STRONG whiskey and bake it into a very special spice cake. More of this high quality whiskey is used to make the frosting. This Party Belle will put hair on your chest...in a good way. It's a lovely spicy treat on a cold winter's night!
Happy Christmas Belle
Chim Chim a Nee. Spit Spot. Good day sir! That's the extent of our British accent phrases. Should we be worried that two of the three come from Mary Poppins? Probably. But we feel our English inspired Christmas combination of orange cake, orange frosting and chocolate coating more than make up for our pathetic attempts at pretending to be English. This belle is surprisingly refreshing and so pretty with the brown and orange color combination. Just perfect with a cup of tea. Oh dear, there we go again!
Red Velvet Belle
What is that? Velvet? Oh heck yes it is! After NUMEROUS requests for a red velvet belle, we hit the kitchen to come up with the very best red velvet cake to combine with cream cheese frosting. Dipped in white, sprinkled with red edible glitter and red disco dust, this little gem looks and tastes great for the holidays...or any day.
Pumpkin Spice Belle
We here at Belle of the Cake Ball are worried that you aren't getting enough fruit. We want to address that issue with this holiday favorite. Real pumpkin gets baked in a dense and yummy spice cake, cream cheese frosting is added, and then we dip in a pretty orange colored white chocolate coating. Sour gummy candy makes the stem and orange disco dust makes it sparkle. It's the best looking pumpkin in the patch!
Voices Cherry Belle
Oh, shush. Keep it down now. Voices Cherry. Cherry pie filling is baked into this rich chocolate cake, then combined with cherry frosting and dipped in chocolate. Red sugar tops this sweet little number, but she's been known to show up wearing a heart at Valentine's Day and a little red disco dust when she's feeling BOLD.
The Tipsy Reindeer
This little Party Belle is the lushy holiday cousin of the Drunken Turtle. Apparently reindeer are just as naughty as turtles when booze is involved! Chocolate cake is baked with peppermint schnapps in the batter. As if that isn't enough, Santa's Little Helper mixes in some more schnapps, chocolate frosting and chocolate mint bits. Then she gets all dolled up in green coating, peppermint crumbles and edible green glitter! It's like having a spiked hot chocolate in a pretty candy package. Please enjoy responsibly. Friends don't let reindeer fly drunk.
Hoity Toity Belle
Named by Living Legend Neal Sharp, this highfalutin Party Belle is seen in all the right places! White champagne cake combined with white champagne frosting makes a light and frothy treat. We dip her in white and top her with disco dust to get the party started RIGHT. Feeling classy AND girlie? Try our Hoity Toity Belle in pink.
Texas Soda Pop Belle
If you're from Texas, you'll immediately recognize this dense, sweet chocolate cake. It's a standard treat at every church pot luck. Made with marshmallows, pecans and a very particular soda pop that was born and raised right here in Central Texas, this classic adapts well from sheet cake to Belle form. And if you're not from Texas, we know you'll love it too. Y'all just won't shout "YEE HAW", while shooting guns in the air as you ride your horse back to the ranch from your oil well...like we all do when we have a tasty treat. Hey, not everyone can be a Texan!
RhumBelle
We named this one for the liquor in the ball and the dance you'll do on the table after you've had one too many! A dense golden cake made with rum is combined with a rum butter pecan frosting, making this the newest addition to our Party Belle line. Remember, Party Belles cost a bit more, but they are worth it!
The Drunken Turtle
Who let the turtle get into the liquor cabinet? Everyone knows they can't handle their booze. Chocolate cake is baked with caramel Irish cream, then combined with caramel frosting and MORE caramel Irish cream and covered in chocolate. We top it with caramel and a pecan. This Party Belle costs a bit more because we don't skimp on the liquor and Johnny Law says we gotta have a permit to sell these things! And nobody, not even the Drunken Turtle messes with Johnny Law.
German Chocolate Belle
Liederhosen, bratwurst, and cake balls, danke! German chocolate cake, coconut pecan frosting coated in chocolate. All you need is a little hat with a feather and some hiking gear!
Belle-y Spice
Add a little spice, girl. Spice cake mixed with cream cheese frosting and coated in white. This is the one you'll want, one you'll really, really want.
Scott's Belle
This one honors The Man with the Plan. Yellow cake and chocolate frosting covered in chocolate makes for a bite-sized representation of our favorite family birthday cake.
White Wedding Belle
White cake and white frosting makes for a sweet treat. Or take things to the dark side, and try it covered in chocolate instead.
Lemon Belle
Tart and sassy - might not be the best traits in a mate - but it works in a cake ball. Lemon cake and frosting covered in yellow or chocolate coating. Pucker up, sweetie.
Strawberry Belle
Such a sweetie! Pretty pink strawberry cake and frosting coated in bright pink, too. It's a burst of strawberry sweetness that will make you smile.
Chocolate Belle
This ball is a fickle friend. You never know what she's going to be wearing! Wonderful in white, charming in chocolate, and simply brilliant in bright blue - this ball is always the same at heart: chocolate cake and chocolate frosting. It's what's INSIDE that counts, right? RIGHT!
Confetti Belle
Lotti Dotti, this ball loves to party! White cake and frosting had a party and got confetti EVERYWHERE! It's in the cake, it's in the frosting and it even got on top. Mom always said, don't play cake balls in the house...
Dong Ho Belle
Tiny bubble, in the cake ball... A twist on the Chocolate Belle, this one has a little secret - a yummy white frosting center! It might remind you of a certain snack cake you adored as a child.
Candy Bar Belle
Get in your weight training the Belle of the Cake Ball way! Yellow cake, caramel, and chocolate coating can be made with or without nuts, depending on how many reps you are prepared to do. Remember, no pain, no gain. Oh, and go for the burn.
Peanut Butter Belle
You got your peanut butter cake and frosting in my chocolate! You got your chocolate all over my peanut butter cake and frosting! Enough said.
Key Lime Belle
Our signature ball! Real key lime juice is the secret to this bright and summery ball. If a little key lime is good, a lot is GREAT! Key lime cake and key lime frosting coated in pale green and topped with sparkling sugar make a cheery presentation. Trust us, you will become addicted to this one, even if you don't dig the pie version.
